A couple years back they had a 3 part series in the fishing and hunting news in WA state on grouse hunting areas. They were all around snoqualmie pass. My cousin and I went to check out the spots and are really nice pretty areas. 1 spot was right behind lake kechluss and the other was in the Hyak back country. There was a lot of hikers though. We even found a nice camp spot and camped for the evning. Like I said its been a couple years so I cant remeber the exact directions. But I never through any of those issues away. Let me know and I can try to dig it up after the holidays for directions.
