help me name this fly

Ive search the internets and even with my black belt in googlefu, was notable to find even a closely similar pattern for this fly, so wanna help me name it? the photo is kinda muted on color. The tail and hackle are a green partridge, there is a wrap of tinsel next to the tail, and the body is red floss. I used the downy barbs of the partridge feather for the tail.

The Crimson Spider or a play on words...The Crimson-Tied

It doesn't have mallard barred, so it's closer to a Carey special than a spider so I would call it a crimson Carey.

I'll see jonb's name and raise. Hairy Carey. I thought the tail was deer hair without reading your recipe, so that's why.

Although it is similar to a Carey in appearance only, lacking in Pheasant tail and use of Pheasant rump for hackle(?) A Carey is a classic, and therefore should not be misconstrued with what is pictured.

Partridge Carey - To define the lack of Pheasant in the pattern. Although 1st and 6th options might be more appropriate.

Carey Variant - Same reason as above.

Partridge T-weaker - Might "tweak jerk" the fly on the retrieve.

Partridge chrome butt - Partridge for the hackle material, chrome for the tinsel at the rear.

Partridge Emerger - Perhaps what this fly is supposed to imitate?

Crimson Partridge - Red body with Partridge feather

Partridge Flossy - Body made of floss or thread?

Crimson Carp Kill-a - Because of what Nate said.

I bet that pattern would be a good swinger on a size 10 caddis with a bead head and soft hackle. Or as a dropper under the Carey. Or, use it under a Lady McConnell or something. But as it is, I'd probably drop a prince under it. Maybe give it a name like one of the British Isles fly classic names? Another thought, and I haven't tied your pattern yet to see it in the water, but I bet it would be a fair moth imitation with some tweaking... Baker's moth?
