Johnson Century
Johnson Century
One of the old fishing treasures I have is a Johnson Century reel which was obtained around 1960 by sending in Wheaties box tops. There were 7 children in the family, and we had never had boxed cold cereal. Dad comes home one night with a few cases of Wheaties. So we all got a new reel.

Been a long time since I saw one of those. We kept one as a spare rod/reel with us every time we went panfish fishing when I was a kid.
