The closest we found last year was back in the Aberdeen area, an RV place on the river (maybe it was Hoqium?). Anyway, we didn't find anything close by. Kinda sucked.

I haven't fished the Hump for a few years but I used to camp at a nice little campground near the river on the Humptulips Road that was quite near the Hatchery.

ocean city state park I beleive the name is. I camped there about 8 years ago. decent place but the raccoon's were a bit of a nuisance. it isn't to far from the river.

he says it like its a bad thing. however mike is correct, that is the closest place i know. perhaps look toward the beach. probably a bit further but maybe more options, not sure but worth a look. good luck.

The "kinda sucked" comment was that it was a drive to get to the river from the place we stayed. The place itself was fine. Sorry for the lack of clarity.

Park on the gravel bar at thee hatchery launch, or the park and ride at the 101 bridge. If you can sleep in your car that is. That's where I camp out, and a lot of people do at the boat launch bar too. Always bonfires and brewskies.
