We started using repel lemon eucalyptus when the kiddo was born cause the doc recommended we avoid using deet on her til she was older. Honestly it seems to work about as well as any other bug repellent I've used. With all of them it's more about reapplying before it wears off so even that Avon bath stuff will work decent if you lotion up every couple hours.
Fishing relaxes me. It's like yoga, except i still get to kill something.

Nothing works for me, those buggers love me. Best to minimize bites so far is using our ThermaCell, Dr Bonners lavender soap, Deep Wood spray and wearing long/thick clothing if appropriate.

Avon's Skin So Soft (SSS) often works better than other products. I also keep some Deep Woods Off in my tackle box.
