Hey Wait a minute....is that a trout being as voracious as a pike? NO!!!! Say it isn't so!!!! On the Colorado River as well!!!

I would like to see a study done on the feeding habits of the Trout sometime. Most of the Trout we caught out of Sprague in the winter had been feeding on Crappie. Talked with a guy who had photos of Trout he had caught out of Moses lk also full of Crappie. I took one out of the Lind Coullie a few years back had a small bird in his belly. Big Trout get big by eating big prey, not bugs.

No! this was before they killed the lake, back when the WDFW said the Walleye had eaten everything.
