Fishing in Lake Aberdeen or Wynoochie(?) Reservoir

Post by tfguy » Fri Jun 24, 2011 4:04 pm

Going to Ocean Shores this weekend, will fish Duck Lake, but wanted to try Aberdeen or Wynoochie Reservoir. Any tips or suggestions? Which is better fishing, any latest reports, respond ASAP please. TF

Wynoochee Resevoir is quite a ways away from Ocean Shores, and a boat is a must. Lake Aberdeen is a good lake for planter size rainbows and a few hold overs. Duck lake is producing trout, Crappie and a few bass.
They recently treated the canals off Duck lake for weeds so the main lake bodies are your best bet right now.
Failor lake is also in the vicinity and trout fishing is pretty good right now
