report comments

is there going to be a comments list for reports that have recent new comments after the report has been posted? like there was before under the reports drop down menue.

and I don't like the new format of the reports, takes too long and too much scrolling looking for only only specie to read about. the block is too fat, too big, too tall, which nececitates too much scrolling. just a list like before.

too fancy is not good.
