When did the “Ranks” change…. Yesterday? I see some new stuff like commander, petty officer …….

The ranks are posted by Aaron aka (Supreme Overlord) in the Announcement forum under the thread All HAIL to COMMANDER gpc.
And they go like this:
0 - Seaman
10 - Petty Officer
100 - Warrant Officer
200 - Lieutenant
300 - Commander
600 - Captain
900 - Commodore
1500 - Admiral
