14ft Aluminum Boat+Trailer
I have a 14ft aluminum Mirrocraft boat with trailer. We have used it on a pretty regular basis during the first couple months of the opener in the last 4 or 5 years. Caught tons of fish on it, no holes in it what so ever its in great condition. It has aluminum seats in it, one has a cubby to store gear in, the middle seat has an swivel seat attached to it. It can hold i think it says 800, but we have had upwards of 950 in it. its a great boat all around, we just arent going to use it much anymore due to salmon fishing. No boat motor, or livewell. $1450. text 360 536 6246 for a picture if interested Thannks !

when you say "not using it much anymore due to Salmon fishing" does that mean you have a better boat or that the boat is not good in the river or what? i'm looking for a 14 to 16 aluminum for Salmon Fishing.

Well, were trying to get more money right now so we can have a bigger boat to use out on the salt. I bank fish in the rivers. You could use it out on the salt, if you wanted, but I wouldnt use it in real windy conditions. I honestly dont know how it would do in rivers.
Its a deep v.

I had a 14 ' lund and used to take it in the salt all the time. It was fine for nice weather out of Seiku and the Pillar point area. Elliot bay was easy to the Des Moines dock. A 14 footer is a nice boat . If there are whitcaps or higher winds Id have to think hard about taking it out. Youd be ok as long as you dont overload it.

My father has a 15ft Alaskin we have a cover but when we go fishing out off point no point or Hood Canal we placed plastic wave catchers on the bow & back 3ft. Its kinda like truck bug guards, they were made a local shop in Bellevue. From the bow we placed plexiglass about 1.5ft and curved the plexi back a the water. So when we had wind or waves pick up, the plastic would block any wave that would come over our bow & send back out. Best invention we made. Thanks for letting me note you page.

I grew up in a 14' Mirrorcraft. Awesome boats. My dad (maybe a little crazy) Took it out in Neah Bay often, and returned home every time in one piece. If you know how to run a boat, you can get a lot of places in a great little aluminum boat like this.

Thanks for the input! I had never took it out in the salt, my grandpa never would, so I had no idea how it would do out there
