No, not the bogey or the Cowlitz. It does have a dam on it though.

I'll have to check a map, but from another memory of reading something years back, there's a dam up by Port Angeles, a bit further west, that people wanted out of there.

Hahahaha, getting closer, but no, I've never fished the Elwa although it looks really neat.
