Can anyone provide me with recommendations for local places or online places with good prices for tube baits?

Surprisingly, Kmart has a large selection of fishing gear and tube baits.

Basser's suggestion is perhaps the closest store to your location. OE and Sportco aren't too far. GI Joes and Sportsmans also have tubes. The prices will differ from place to place, but not by much.
