Seems it is just a great all around year for landlocked and sea going sockeye!

Does anyone reading this thread know about when they spawn? I imagine an early October trip wouldn't be too late would it?

Returning from a two day trip. JoAnn and I caught 24, lost 3. Largest was 16", half were 14", remaining were 12". I'll post a report this evening. It was amazing.

are you talking about the new limit of 10 per day or the old of 5 per day? Our first day limits of 5 each with 4 bonus limit fish, but second day we only had a total of 9 fish. We would have had 10 if I hadn't gotten lazy on one fish trying to hoist it in.

Did guys have trouble catching fish? They are all over the lake! :-"

So how did you do?
