Do any of you jig makers out there use the mustad 32833 jig hooks? What are your thoughts, concerns, pros, cons? Also, will the do it mold for the 32833 accomidate a 1/0 hook in both a 1/8 and 1/16 oz size?

I order my jigs already poured from a guy out of Florida. They are Mustad salmon/steelhead hooks, but I couldn't tell you for sure that they are 32833s. I've ordered sizes from #4 to 1/0s, the #4s are what I call "one use" jigs as they are pretty tweeked after a fight with a decent steelhead (though they work great for trout & smaller fish), but the #2s on up have been pretty bulletproof.
I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker

The Mustad salmon/steelhead hooks are similar to the heavy gammy but they don't feel as sharp.

Also, do-it makes different types of 90 degree jig molds.
