Hawks vs Falcons score predictions

One hell of a game!! Just a little off on my prediction eh..I have never been sooo proud to wear the blue and green. Been watching the Hawks for a long time and supporting them even in the Berhing years when those goons tried to move them to L.A.
This team is gonna be great for a long time. With Russell at the helm they will be back again next year. Superbowl baby ! To come back from a 20- 0 deficit and take the lead was incredible. 33 seconds to much time for the Falcons. They are a good team. Lucky. But a good team. If ol' Bradley would not have been playing that freekin' zone blitz we might have pulled it off. Can't wait for next year thats for sure! As Russell Wilson says.."Go Hawks" forever!

Why do the Hawks have a tendency to be late game scorers? I am admittedly not a real fan, so am asking if that is the norm?

Also, must comment on the end of the game. Where the Hawks called a time out, to freeze the kicker. The Falcons kicker kicks the ball anyway, practice kick as it turns out...........and misses the kick!!!!

The tv cammera's turn to Pete Carrol. Who is screaming, who called a time out! Over and over, from the side lines. Then Fox shows a clip of film. Where it is Pete telling the ref "time out". What was that about? Denying he called "time", and attempting to pass the blame on someone else........for his blunder.

Just before the kick I was telling the wife. Pete rarely attempts to freeze the kicker! And he does just that. I don't think he would lose his job over it. But that was a game changing gamble, and to deny it after the fact.......busted!!.

I heard it on the radio, which really had me going, because the timeout and the kick being called bad were happening at the same time. And so I thought for a split second that we'd won, but then it turned out that we didn't. Needless to say we were running errands at Fred Meyer listening in the parking lot. So then we go in after the loss, and guess what? The game must be on a delay for TV, because everyone was standing around the TV's with the game on, and it was that last possession by the falcons so I had to watch it ALL OVER AGAIN. I didn't want to break their hearts early, so I walked away and the whole store groaned. But seriously? Why does it take THREE whole quarters for our team to remember that they're in a football game when the play on the road? Next year if they figure it out, we will be back with a vengeance.

I was getting the score updates via txt while up in the mountains yesterday.. we were taking a break and i got the text "we scored in the last 2 minutes! we won!!" so i'm like "whooohoooo!!" cracked a beer open, had my buddy take a crazy picture of me celebrating to send to FB, then as i'm viewing the pics came the "we lost" txt.. ugh!! i have to teach my wife to pay better attention to the actual end of the game.. haha...

I heard someone on the radio talking about icing kickers don't work anymore. I disagree, I've seen it work the other way. When you're in that position, it's out of your hand.

What you do have more control of, is getting your 3 points in the first half, going for it on 4th and 1 on the 11 yard line that early in the game was a horrible call.
