Cool video. It seemed to me that the fish had more of a silver than gold coloration. Do the 'eyes down there tend to have more of that color?

Thanks guys.
Our eyes varry in color. These fish spent a lot of time deep in the lake over the winter and got pushed downstream when the water was release early this year. We've caught some really colorful eyes out here but they usually come from lakes that are colder and have much clearer water.

Another quality video! Filled with inventive camera angles. The fly did not appear to be made of feather's. Was it rubber in nature, and threaded onto a weighted hook? What weight fly rods were used to fling that bait? Made a sizable, attracting splash when landing on the water.

Thanks guys. That's an oldschool beat I did and used with a video a few years back. Have gotten better at the videos so I wanted to reuse that beat.

Used gummy minnows. It's a saltwater pattern that warm water fish absolutely love out here.
