Game on!!!!!

Post by dougw » Mon May 06, 2013 6:29 am

The water has warmed up and the tigers have come alive again! Game on folks! Water temps on Silver were 55-57 on Sunday. I started my season off with a 40.5" fish. Saw one other, and had several reports of fish either caught or seen. :cheers:http://www.washingtonlakes.com/Photos/1 ... 667246.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I did, but it is in the report section. I will see if I can link it.... She was a nice healthy fish, plump. Unlike a lot of the fish I catch on Silver and Newman. Most seem on the thin side. I didn't put a tape on her, but I am sure she was easily 17 1/2" to 18 1/2" in girth.

The fish certainly have come alive! Four more fish in the boat this weekend. Not all mine, one shy! ;) Saw about two dozen fish this weekend.

Saw close to 20 fish again this weekend. Lazy, interested but not 'hot' follows. Put two fish in the boat. Alicia caught her first "fish" at 34.75" and buddy Mark caught his first ever tiger muskie! Great weekend. Weather was spotty, but we made it work!

Last I checked we were ahead by a few fish. But as we all know that can change quickly.
