Just throwing this out there to see if there is any interest. I have a 12' Hewescraft that I bought up on Loon Lake from a resort owner that was also a missionary in Mexico and needed some money to support an orphanage. The boat has good vibes and has served me well, but I have moved on to a bigger (more expensive) boat and could use some cash myself.
Even though it is just a 12 footer, it is a Hewescraft... so it is from a solid manufacturer and has no leaks. It would come with a 2 stroke 4 HP Mercury Thunderbolt, I believe 1971 model. It doesn't run perfectly at WOT, but it gets the job done as long as you don't crank it wide open (and don't expect to plane). Also included would be a 38lb thrust Minnkota electric with battery. It also has 6 foot oars for emergencies. I would also include some mini hand crank canon downriggers if there was any interest in that. The boat is on a King galvanized trailer, all the lights work and tires are decent. Have the title in hand for boat and trailer.
Its not in perfect condition, but it gets you out on the water and is a great starter boat for a kid or someone who can't afford a bigger ride. I'd really like to get at least a grand for all this, but would consider 600 for the right WA laker to take it off my hands (this is what I paid for the boat with just a crappy Tanaka (Sears Gamefisher) air cooled 3 hp, and no trailer).
Message me if you want any more info or if you want me to quit being lazy and see some pictures, Thanks!
