Lake Tapps Bass Fishing

Post by RedbeardTheAngler » Thu Feb 14, 2019 8:01 pm

Hey All,

Fairly new to fishing on Lake Tapps, only been out a few times and haven't really had a ton of success. I was wondering if any of you folks have any words of wisdom for early season fishing Mar-May.

Every time I've been out fishing I went to Allen Yorke Park, looking at Navionics data it would appear the county park looks to be closest to the areas that I'd believe bass would hold up in the area. What do you folks think?

Thanks ahead of time!

From some reports I hear that you need to look for big rocks, cement walls on the sun setting side of the lake. Something that will Heat the water up in the area. I didn’t know the lake so I cannot mention where, but there must be plenty of spots to try with those credentials
