Washington Pronghorn Reintroduction

Post by eustace » Wed Mar 26, 2008 2:02 pm

What do you think of the WDFW's plan to reintroduce Pronghorn (american antelope) back in the state. I personally think its a long time comming. All you have to do to find Pronghorns is drive through Umatilla and Pendelton area.

I'm sure I'm wrong..but I've heard we still have them but very limited numbers. Either way sounds like a good idea.

The last I heard we had some in the Yakima firing range, but, that was back in the late 1980's. They are planning six different areas from what I have read.
