Follow these steps. I want to see the pumpkinseed go down...it's only 1.09 and was caught last July...pick out your favorite species and go for it!

I've picked one out a couple of years ago and my pursuit won't stop until it is broken. I bet you can figure out which one I'm after. It's over 30 years old!!!

Small mouth bass by any chance?? I'm going to try and take down the cutthroat...and ever who plans to take out the Rufus record is awesome!
No, no. I would take it for sure. And I do toss for big smallies, but my goal is taking down the largemouth record. Years of studying lakes has it narrowed down to 3. There are more, of course, but these 3 I feel will be the most likely to pump out the next record. The hard part now is catching her.

I highly doubt it. We would know.
Someone who catches a record will be metioning it every chance they get for the rest of their lives.

Not necessarily. I hold the record for, um, yeah.......I'll remember it in a minute.

I think the brown trout record is one that will stand for many years. 22 pounds!

I've caught the record size pearch on Henry Hagg lake in Oregon. I'll try to post a photo of it soon. It should be on their website.
