Bass"ROCK"It still counts right#-o ..New PB on these things..This guy slammed my 5"hula and weight completly engulfed it..Was making long cast in 20'water and working the hard bottom back to boat"looking for smallies"lost 1 at the boat great fight.by 1030 lake was packed with skiers all over and called it a day started at 430..Anyone else catch these things this big i would say it was over 12"

Wow! Not sure, but I believe state record is only 1.5 ish pounds. Yopu might of had it right there. Did you get a weight? Where ya fishing?

Wow only 1.5 lbs I've caught one 14 inches before that had to be around 1.5 or bigger! that's still a monster sparky! start calling you rockbassking! lol

Great job out there Spark and Derek! I grabbed a 4.6 at Long Lake on Thursday but the pic came out a little blurry. Seems fish scent got on the lens ... LOL. Was my second largest Bass to date. 6 ounces shy of my PB.
