A few years ago, I grabbed my fly rod and vest, hopped on the motorbike to try to catch the evening bite on the Foss River. Once I made it onto Foss river road, I was ran off the road by a tweeker or drunk, who didnt even slow down. I ended up breaking my back and I am pretty gimped up. I never made it to the river that day and had to ride back home.

Did that "other" driver get caught?
