Legally preventing the application of common sense in enforcing laws isn't working out? Who'd have thunk it?

Don't get me started. When I was a kid I was suspended for making a gun with my finger while playing Cowboys and Indians. My friends also were suspended for playing that game. Apparently it's culturally insensitive.
