WiggleFin Tackle - Port Angeles Coho video

Post by wigglefin » Wed Feb 24, 2016 3:56 pm

Just want to introduce myself to everyone.
I'm the owner of WiggleFin Tackle and the inventor of the ActionDisc and Swarm flasher system.
Looking forward to a good year and making some new friends.

Here's a video of Coho fishing out of Port Angeles, trolling flies and hoochies with ActionDiscs.

Welcome to the board! Those disks sure impart some great action. I'll grab a pack or two for my box and run them up at Seiku and Neah this year. Let you know how we do. Great video also.

Thanks Bay Wolf.

You can pick some up at Swain's or Ted's in Lynnwood if you're over in that direction.

Sorry man, not unless you want to drive to Oregon.

Here's a list of my west coast dealers.

I think it would be fun to stack a down rigger with one of those. Have 1 line with a flasher and spoon/hootchie, have line 2 with just the wigglefin-fly.

I'll for sure be adding these to my arsenal this season.

I bet you could slay a lot of coho at Sekiu with one of those!

Hello WiggleFin,

Welcome to the site. I am really impressed with the action and design of your product. I am seeing a future with a lot of fish at the end of fishermans lines.
I was hoping you could set aside a few minutes to talk over the phone. I work for a local seafood brokerage/trading operation. I work with our customers (distributors: Sysco foods & FSA etc) to get in touch with end users, like restaurant managers, seafood market managers and chefs; and show them where the fish are coming from. We will take different customers out fishing a couple times a year. I use to work in the commercial and charter side of the business. I connect with a lot of charter captains and commercial captains still. I hate using this word, because sometimes it can be abused. But, if you have the ability to sample out a few packs here and there, I would really like to show some charter operators as well as coastal trollers. If they can hook up with fish any easier using these; I can see sales increasing very strongly.

regards,

Matt 360-591-5004

Yes good tips for catching way. In general, if the fish have it on the bare hook bite. From personal experience. [razz]

I take it size #2 would work well for salmon fishing. Also, do the locking what ever they are called come included? Or are they like batteries? [biggrin]
Willing to give anything a try. But they seem to be a sweet items. I could now put a hoochie behind a triangle flasher that has no wobble. Am I correct?
