Does anyone know when the WDFW will announce the 2009 trout plants for Island county? Thanks.

I think the actual full stocking report comes out 2nd week of April, about 2 weeks before the opener. WDFW website has weekly stocking reports also between now and then. Find your region, and your county then find your lake, it's pretty detailed.

Looks like East and West Admiralty BAy Ponds will be getting a small amount of Cutthroat frys 300/350
Cranberry will get 7000 8-12"bows and 10,000 Brown Trout fry
Deer lake will get 10,150 Cutthroat fry and 9,500 8-12" bows with 15,000 fry
Goss lake 8,050 Cut fry and 7,000 8-12" bows
Lone lake 4,000 8-12" Bows and 393 Trips

All these lakes are looked to be stocked in April except Lone lake which expect to be stocked in May.
