We went fishing in the evening, and first targeted for some nice-eating perch. Caught a few in the north end with some spinners and live bait. we had a about half an hour left until curfew on the lake...

hit the lake around 6 today and landed 2 humongous smallies with a jointed shad rap. one of them turned out to be the largest smallmouth to date for us - 6 lbs 2 oz!!!!!! it was a fatty!
